Default Bringing my car back from the dead..exhaust and clutch question

Right..my spare car, fully built 12.5:1 b16 in a 94 del sol shell had one of the
clutch bolts back out a few months ago while I was letting my bro drive it.

He parked it, came back, it was towed yada yada. $1350 later I'm taking leave over the holidays and am going to fix/drive it back.

Got a GSR trans off of here (idc about the taller gears) that I'm going to swap in (old b16 had a grind into 3rd),
going to be redoing the shifter bushings and putting a b&m short shifter in it as well.

As far as clutches go, I've had good experiences with Competition clutch. Although when looking at my dealer its only listed at $140.00... Something can't be right, clubcivic.com has them listed for ~300..

Should I chance it or source it from someone else?

As of now my car has a full pacesetter exhaust. Absolutely terrible. The fact that they even are allowed to sell it is shocking. Restrictive, raspy and crap quality.

I was thinking of a standard 4-2-1 tri-y header and the tanabe medallion
cat-back. I have to use a pre-made/commericial kit because of time restraints when I'm home and my lack of giving a fu*k.

These are what I was looking at, I need something relatively free flowing while maintaining its stealth/quietness.

cat-back: http://www.ebay.com/itm/92-95-Honda-...-/270905343908

And to mate to the clutch a fidanza 7.5lb lightweight flywheel.

Thoughts? I've already read up on all of these, just double checking to make sure I'm not about to regret my purchases.

Yup had the same issue happen to me,flywheel bolt came loose, busted a clutch spring, spring got stuck and cracked my fly wheel. Um great combination on exhaust and header,go with a hel tech,or a skunk 2 alpha series header. There really great flowing header i have a hel tech and love it great power. The exhaust not a fan of them there always loud no matter what,i have a Top Fuel 1000 drag/street series exhaust system louder then **** as well. Clutch brand is great, there really good for the price and can take a beating i do a lot of circut and mountain running and its the best.
