Re: Bride seat real or fake (b18b1turbo)
like said before, given the price its fake.. i couldnt tell if the fabric was suede or not but a new bride seat would not go for 200.00 and i didnt see any signs of a real bride

Re: (Marymary)
Since the thread is pretty much over anyway, I'm gonna go ahead and jack it.
Me being me, I could give a rats *** about having "Momo" this or "Bride" that or "HKS"...
That being said, where could I get a decent pair of seats much like the one in question here that will either bolt into an EJ directly or be easily transferred to stock frame or easily bolted to a readily available aftermarket frame?
I will never understand why people spend hundreds of dollars on some stitching. I've seen several "Bride" and other name brand seats compared to cheap ones off Ebay, and so far I've seen few differences other than a stitched name and slightly better seam stitches.
-shrug-

Re: (Dramier)
people are not just paying for the brand or "stitching" or the gradation for that matter. it`s because these 100 dollar seats aren`t structurally rigid let alone aren`t even FIA. so what if I`m not gonna auto-x? if you`re just gonna drive it on the streets, i`d much rather take my chances on OEM as it would fare a lot better than these ebay seats in an accident.
a popular one with decent price is the buddy club, they`re are not FIA. some used sparco ones pop up in the FS area cheap.

Re: (Marymary)
those look like **** compared to real brides. it doesnt even say what kind theyre supposed to be. brix, brix2, ergo. no one would buy bride's w/o knowing what they are. i cant believe theyre saying "real" or w/e
