Default Brembo Sport Brakes

I just baught 2 Front and 2 Rear Drilled/Slotted Break Rotors & Pads.

Says its a direct bolt on, direct fit.. but is there anything im goin to need to get the most outa the breaks?
But these are both Disk plates, and my rears are Drums.

Plus it came with Zinc Plated.. so should I keep my OEM breaks for winter cuz road salt would eat the zinc wouldnt it?

Heres the Item:

find either a 92-95 civic ex, civic si or del sol si with rear discs, or a 94-01 teg and take the whole assembly off the rear, if u search i believe there is write up on removal/installation

I hope you bought those Brembo's from Brembo's site or official retailer, becuase there are a lot of third parties that slot and drill them

And the company's name is Sports Brakes, as is the same type of Bembo Brakes (Brembo Sports Brakes)

I thought brembo only offered their rotors in either drilled or slotted, and not both on a rotor. Plus, the real brembo drilled or slotted rotors are Bronze in color, not silver, like their OE replacement rotors. If you got it from ebay, its most likely redrilled to resell as "performance" brakes.

they sold them as
"Brembo SportsBrakes Slotted/Cross Drilled Free Shipping"

and the info says:
"Brembo Break Rotors Drilled by SportsBrakes USA..."

so basically they sold it as a real brembo brandname.. but it was actually their company name

Right, its an oe replacement rotor from Brembo, but redrilled by Sportbrakes USA, a different company.

Brembo OE replacements work good for a basic street setup, along with good pads. I paid $60 for 2 Brembo blanks from nopi.

Search for "cracked rotor" on HT or the internet. You will find that crossed drill rotors tend to crack.

im betting the front dont fit either, because you ordered them for a car that had rear disk which means the front are probably 10" or 10.??" and since you have rear drum you probably have 9.?" front disks

I'd send them back...you wasted $250.

Go order blank rotors for your front disks, and get a set of Axxis Ultimate brake pads.

How do you hope to install rotors if you don't know the difference between drums and discs? Of course they'll fit...if you had disc brakes in the rear. If you don't, and you have drum brakes (which you do) how could they possibly hold a guarantee like that? Would you trust your life with such work, because that's what it'll come down to with brakes. And spending $250 on a set of rotors...yikes. Good luck I guess, cause you'll sure need it.
