No, actually it will act as an octane booster. If there is light detonation it will be corrected.

Dude, I hope you aren't planning on usng this in someone's tank. Because all it would do is make them angry and they will probably retaliate by cutting your brake lines or something.

Why don't you try it out on your car and let us know?
I can't see why you would need to know this unless you were going to do it to someone else's car. Is your car so slow that this is the only way you can win?
