Brakes question?
ok i just bought some gsr rims to day and i put them in first off the car is civic hatch dx 1993 ok back to the story ok i put every rim on and i was on my last one the rear right one and i attempted to take nut off and the tire would rotate so i told my boy to put the e-brake in hey did so and it still rotated when i tried to take the nut off so i told him to press the brake and hold and he did so and it still rotate when i tried to take the nut off. my question is why does it rotate it something broken or is it the brakes need to be replaced. another thing is that after i finished putting the rims in i took it for a spin and i am hearin a sound that my car never made it is like a rustlin sound when ever the car is in motion i have noticed that it happens when i give it gas i think it is the tires not sure... but still what could be the problem with my rear right brake?

If it slips a little bit when torquing it then thats normal. If it spins with little or no resistance with the ebrake on or when pushing the brake pedal then yes you need to check the calipers and the brake pads as well as your hoses and brake fluid. If all is good try bleeding the brakes. and yes that noise is probably related to the brake.
