Brakes peddle goes down to much

Brakes peddle goes down to much
i have a 92 honda civic dx 1.5 auto. ive replaced the pads drums rotors calipars lines portion value master cycliner brake booster everything, and still not helping. i have a new check value coming in tomorrow but i know its not it, just replacing it so the hole brakes sys is new lol. i cant figure it out and a buddie at honda is puzzled. does anyone have a diagram i could look at to see it i have everything setup right vacum hose and anything else. and besides teh vacum hose from the booster is there any other vacum that may have caused this? we are puzzled. im sure its some thing stupid weve over looked. also we have bleed the brake sys so may time its not funny. please send some help this way.

Have you tried the simplest thing such as bleeding the air out of the system? I won't be surprised if you spent $300 on parts where the culprit would've been free to fix.

LOL add another 0 to that number more like it. A brand new BB and MC from honda costs 300 (there abouts). Seriously, people need to relize they should thing simple. This is a prime example of K.I.S.S. (keep it simple stupid). Don't thing because something is wrong it's gotta be the worst possible thing.

did you adjust your shoes up? How are your brake lines?
Did your new caliper come complete or did you have to use your old guide pins and brackets. I had this happen to me once and knew of only one other time in about ten years to an old boss. RARELY, but you can have a slightly bent guide pin on a caliper and it will not make a perceptable difference in the pedal until the next set of pads are put on, then it will load the fresh flat pad unevenly allowing it to flex and making a soft pedal. On along enough time line the pad would wear flush and it would get better if the pins didn't bind all together. Good luck. The one that bit me was barely noticeable by eye.
