Brake Upgrade help
Im looking to upgrade my brake system on my 2000 Civic Si. I want to get better rotors, pads, and brake lines. What is the best bang for the buck to up my stopping power? I would get a big brake kit, but those require 17'' rims -_- Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I'm not going to tell you what to buy or what I think is the best set-up. I will tell you what I have and that I absolutely LOVE it.
1"ITR MC with matching BB
Goodridge Braided Stainless Steel brake lines
Brembo (OE) blanks
Hawk Performance Pads
I the most noticable difference came from the 1" MC and larger brake booster.

LMAO I think all AutoZone pads have the brand name shittiest, LOL. Litterbox you always crack me up bro, good to see your posts again.
This is my setup.
Powerslot rotors
EBC Green Stuff Pads (Will most likely never leave EBC)
I still haven't done the ITR MC/BB because I blew the motor in that car so there really isn't any point right now. Eventually I will do a 5-lug conversion, ITR MC/BB larger prop valve, SSBC Big brakes (****** 12" rotors kick ***) 4 piston alum. calipers up front, 2 piston in the rear. This eventual setup will require 17" wheels at least. I would just say got ITR on the MC/BB upgrade the rotors, pads and lines and you'll be more than good for a street car.

So for rotors, it seems that Brembo blanks and power slot are pretty good. I was also looking into EBC greenstuff and Hawks pads, and also the goodridge SS brake lines. Thanks for the insight guys.
