Default Brake trouble

I need help with my brakes!

On the way home from work I had two incedents where when I pressed the brake pedal down and the pedal felt weird and almost went down to the floor with little resistance with the car not really stopping.

Any suggestions as to what it may be?

It's either a leak in the lines somewhere (not likely as it would happen constantly)...

Or what I think... a bad master...

Even if you don't see a leak it could be bad as usually it's an internal leak where the fluid leaks past an internal seal back to the resivour...

good luck..

you have to switch the master and booster in but yes... it will...

depending on your year and what master is in there it may require some line bending...

I have a 93 ex coupe with a 7/8ths stock and a 90-00 integra rs NO abs 15/16ths bolted RIGHT up... no line bending.. but like I said had to swap the booster too.

Good luck.

have you tried bleading your brakes? that might be it, or like the others said.. the MC.

I don't know specifics... If you look at it it should be obvious whether you'll have to bend or not.

as far as I know NO master will swap in w/o the booster too.. and ANY master/booster combo of ANY integra civic will fit...

be patient and do some situps or get a heated blanket cuz your back is gunna HURT after sitting upsidown getting the 4 booster bolts off and the new ones back on...

OH actually... take out the driver seat... it makes it MUCH MUCH easier to get under the dash... I was going to do it on day one but decided no too... did it on day 2 and it sped things up considerably.
