JDM rotors have just as much stopping power as USDM ones. They also cost a bajillion dollars.
http://www.importrp.com/man.php?man=8 For the rotors.
http://www.nolimitmotorsport.com/hawk/ For the pads.
These are the two sites I got my pads and rotors from and I ablsolutely love them. They are perfect for daily driving. (I put some aggressive stops on them too)
