brake rotor screws?
My first question is how do you guys get these POS phillips head screws that hold the rotors on (and rust into place) out WITHOUT stripping the heads and then going back and drilling them out?
My second question is, are these screws really even neccessary? Once I get them out of there can I just throw the new rotors on and bolt up the caliper and throw on the wheels without putting the screws into the new rotors??? (I can't quite see why you absolutely need them there to hold the rotors in place, the wheel studs, calipers and eventually some corrosion seem like it would do just fine, atleast that was the case on my camaro which doesn't use anything to hold the rotors on at all..)

I don't have any air tools.. I might just pay the local cholo shop to get all of these out for me to make life a little easier.
But I definetly don't need to put them back in on my new rotors right?

you will need the screws to hold the rotor so yes you will need it. Just go to a auto part store and ask if they sell an impact driver. A impact driver do not need air, you just hit it with a hammer and the impact driver will just turn.

you DO NOT need the screws after removing them, they dont need to be replaces they were only there to hold the rotor on during assembly
