Default brake question

ok my dad just got a 93 si hatch and got rotors/pads/stainless lines/ and tried to order a 15/16ths MC off of a 91 civic ex sedan. Heard on here it was a direct drop in to the 13/16ths BB stock on the si. got the MC home and the mountong holes are clocked like i would have to put it on kinda like clocked 90 degrees. I have read through numerous stickies and searched but cant seem to find what to do to get a 15/16ths MC with out changing the BB (sorry on a budget)
