Default brake problem

When I hit my brakes after driving for awhile, the pedal goes down to the floor and have very little braking power. If i pump the brakes a few times, they get much stronger. If i don't use them again for a few minutes, the pedal goes the the floor again until I pump. I have bled the brakes mulitple times and had my shop bleed them a couple of time as well with no luck. Could the master cylinder or booster be bad? I have a outlaw/wilwood front brake kit if it matters.

oh jeebus, get off the road. I'd hate for you to run into someone. especially ME!

how does your brake fluid reservoir look? empty? full? stick your head under the dash and check out the brake master cylinder, any leaks?

Either they are not bled properly or you have a problem with your mc/booster. Do a search a few weeks back I posted the troubleshooting procedure that is in the 96-00 helms.

The clutch master cylinder is undert the dash at the clutch pedal, but the brake master cylinder is on the firewall in the engine bay.

There's no way to physically look at the m/c and see if it's leaking every time. sometimes it's an internal leak.

I would replace your master cylinder.

Do you have any upgraded brakes as in bigger front rotoros and/or calipers?

If so I have a different m/c suggestion too.

The brake kit was on the car when i bought it. I'm not sure exactly what the kit is, except the caliper says outlaw on it and the rotors are from wilwood. Here is a pic:
