Default brake piston problem

How do you push the piston back into the caliper? I tried using a clamp but I wont go back in. This is on the rear discs.

The rear discs are usually screwed, not pushed back in. They should have a line(like for a big flathead) across the piston. Just use a pretty big flathead to screw it back in.
