Default Brake master cylinder-do I need a new one?

The car is a 93 si hatch, with 206,000 on the odometer. Sometimes when I press on the brakes, the pedal will go to the floor, and nothing will happen unless I pump them a few times, then they'll start to work again. Is this a symptom of a bad brake master cylinder? Thanks.

If you have enough brake fluid, and all the air is bled out, i'd definitly say the MC
