Brake line (hard line in engine bay) leaking...help with FLARING!!!
Hey guys,
No pics as my digi isn't with me, but i replaced the prop to a 40/40 (98gsr) in my 92 vx hatch. So obviouosly the prop is shaped differently so alot of bending of the lines had to occur in order for the prop to meet the lines.
Anyway it's a h22 in the car so space was limited so the line (next to the booster) would hit the clamp on the booster (didn't notice) while shifting and it eventually ate away at the line and now is leaking alot.
I know they have flaring tools and connectors to fix, but i have never done before and also being that the sk2 mani came out, i would like to flare all the lines and extend to move the prop in order to make the SK2 IM fit.
Anyone have any how-to's or any ideas that i can keep in mind before i attack the problem...
