*bump* I have a similar problem on my dc. It works fine in the day when my lights are off (lights up lightly) but at night when I do use my lights my brake lights don't light up. It's just really bright as if I'm driving with my foot on the brake. Anybody?

my cx has done that before, it turned out to be the little rubber piece on the brake pedal that lets the lights come on when you push the pedal..i took the one of my dad's mazda b2200 in the backyard and put it in..works great
