Default brake issue

so ive got a 1992 honda civic cx hatch im not so sure on what i should replace first or what the problem even is the back brakes are drums and have new hard ware and shoes and wheel cylinders were rebuilt and the front brakes are less then half worn down but when its hot out weather wise the brakes go straight to the floor and pumping them doesnt do much but when the weather is cold outside the brake pedal only goes about half way to the floor........... im thinking its the booster or master cylinder but im not to sure any ideas would be helpful thanks

Check the fluid level in the master cylinder reservoir. Is it low?

Have you properly bled the hydraulic system? If so, the master cylinder is probably bad.
