Default brake experts please.

ok heres the deal this is my setup
gsr brake booster, gsr master cylinder, stock eg proportioning valve.
wilwood 4 piston calipers up front(bought used) and drums on the rear.
if I disable the power assist on the brake booster ie. flipping the little valve the other way around, I have brake pressure. however if I enable the power assist then I dont have brake pressure. I can bleed the brakes until tim buck tu and never get all the air out of the lines. I've switched the master cylinder couple of times with no success. what could be the problem? calipers? bad booster?
thanks
