Default brake dont brake well...help

94 civic cx hatch.

my brakes feels weak. when i push down the pedal it doesn't feel like it has full stopping power. i never notice this problem until i drove my friend's 93 civic cx hatch and his brakes feels so much better and it was running on bad rotors and worn out pads. i check my pads, it still has a lot of life left; my rotors as well. the previous owners(for some reason) had drilled on the driver side and blanks on the passenger side, could this effect anything? but mainly i'm concern why my brakes dont feel strong. thanks.

i've tried bleeding it many times, does not help. my brake cylinder is not leaking. BUT on slopes at dead stop my pedal will slowly sink to the floor. but only at slopes, not all dead stops. could my brake cylinder cause all this weak braking power problem as wel??

Yea, I was just going to suggest bleeding your breaks. But, perhaps you have a crimp in your brake line somewhere and the fluid pressure is'nt at an equilibrium. I would check to see if there is anything that may be crimping a line thus reducing the amount of fluid reaching the caliper. Besides that, I'll have to think of something else

Just buy reman' calipers. They aren't too expensive.

Make sure its a caliper problems though, it still could need to be bled.

i seee. i notice this problem right after when i remove and check the pads. i clean them all with brake cleaners. did i have to bleed the brakes after removing the pads?

quick question, i dont know if it was like this before i remove the calipers to take off the pads but my calipers are slightly moving when shaken back and fourth by hand. i forgot to check if they were like that before i remove them but when i put them back on i notice it. brake pedal does not rumble nor steering wheel. only small amount at hard high speed braking. what could be causing this?

that's warped rotors, they are probably just slightly warped.

the mc could be leaking pressure internally without leaking fluid down the firewall.
