Brake Conversions?
TO WHOEVER COULD HELP OR KNOW:
Hello, I have a 94 Civic Hatchback with a engine swap in it. I am looking to upgrade to bigger brakes for better stopping. Summit Racing has a kit on their but it requires you have bigger rims (and I only have 15in rims). And I heard someone suggest that the front brakes (calipers included) from the Accord Wagon were compatible with my civic. If anyone knows or has any suggestions on how I should go about trying to get bigger brakes please let me know.
Thank you for your time
Michael

just swap out your brakes from an integra.... change out the whole front knuckle, and the rear trailing arms from the teg. they are a DIRECT bolt in. opt for a different M/C and proportioning valve to match the change in rear brakes, and you have an upgraded system that will handle quite a bit.
i did this on my EG, and stops better then it needs to... will easily lock up the tires if i'm not paying attention. stops on a dime...

Re: Brake Conversions? (ICC_Texas)
Integra brakes and good pads/fluid will be plenty to stop a street car.
No need for "big brake" kits on our dinky cars. Unless your tracking it and other issues fall into play.
