Im gonna guess the holes too small?
I used to own a VIS hood for my old civic and I had the same problem.
You havt to drill, but don't be scared I've drilled into every hood I've owned.
Buy a drill bit thas used on glasses and plastic, they're soft.

i have a jdmshit hood and mine was the same way... that's just the way they are, i drilled mine out... it's not that hard to do, just do a little at a time and keep checking to see if they fit, go slow, and there should be no problems.
oh ya, i guess if you don't want to drill holes for your squirters, then i'm assuming you're not going to get pins

Exactly. Using a Dremel would be an easy way to widen them up

Re: (MrHeeltoe)
when i get my carbon fiber hood , i hope it doesn't come with windshield washer squirter holes, i think it looks cleaner without them.
back to the topic i would just use a file to widen the hole up a little.
