bolting a manual tranny to an engine that was originally auto?

bolting a manual tranny to an engine that was originally auto?
I need a motor for my 95 ex...i have the chance to pick up a 95 ex motor for 500 bucks, problem is it was an auto. Now i have the complete motor and manual trans still in the car...would this be a put the manual flywheel and clutch on and call it a day? If not what will i need? Im in a bit of a rush, so i apologize if this wouldve easily been found in search.....thanks guys

just make sure you bolt the flywheel on with the MT bolts.
NOT the ones that say AT on them.
and yes, it bolts up.

When I used to have my manual d16 and it went out, the shop (under warranty) replaced it with an auto motor, and it bolted right up. You should have no problems.
