bolt on turbo kit
for bolt on turbo kits, you kno the already tuned turbo. so you just bolt it on and go
can you always re-tune them later?

Assuming youre talking about greddy or edelbrock kits, the short answer is yes, as both of these kits come with some sort of fairly idiot-proof fuel management systems...which you can chuck later for something better.
The long answer is, you need to spend more than 5 mins researching the whole "im putting a turbo on my car" idea. Or at least do research outside of magazines like super street
