Default bolt is stuck!!! what do i do??

i'm doing my turbo install and i just went to pull the fuel rail to put in the 450s and the middle bolt of the fuel rail will not come off. i broke it loose and it spins but it will not come off. i'm out of creative ideas... hopefully you guys can help out. thanks in advance
-Zach

edit: it is a very tight fit as you might know. the throttle cable is there as well as the top of the intake manifold.

is it a stud with a nut or a bolt?

first if u can get a small opened wrench on the backside of the head pulling it up as u turn it to see if it will catch...

if not remove the IM and drill and use a easy out on it.... once removed see how the treads look if anything u have to retap it

tighten it down as much as you can.. spray liquid wrench or wd and let it sit for about 2 min. then spray it one more time. wait 2 more min. then it should be off

Drilling and re tapping is your best bet if you cant soak it, Id say heat it up with a torch but since its location is near fuel that wont be a good idea.

it's a stud off the intake manifold that the fuel rail slides over and then a nut holds it down.

thanks for the input. i'll give it a shot
