would a bolt in roll bar with harness bars be sufficent enough for daily driving? or is bolt in a show thing?

i called a few places today and was asking about thier ame bolt in roll bars and almost everyone i talked to said "are you going for the show look?" i said "no i just dont want to weld it in"....if i get a ame 4 point roll bar that bolts in with a video bar or a harness bar would that be good enogh for what i need to drive daily and everyone in a while go to the track?

CAGE or bar?
all the bar does is stiffen the chassis and wont protect you for a rollover accident.

and you dont need a cage for the track unless your under 10.99 or RACING (road racing, actual door to door)

im looking for a 4 point roll bar with a harness bar for my harness's...so far im looking at ame and autopower from ioport.

i just want to know will it be safe with a bolt in roll bar for my harness's with a harness bar ? i drive it daily and it will be at the track a few times a year

autpower bolt in 4pt w/removeable harness bar seems the best for you. although I wouldnt run the harness on the streets anyway..
