First you have to take the screws off the door panels and then you have to remove them, once they're off, you'll have to unclip the side moldings.
But becareful not to break them, because it's a pain in the *** getting them back on.

remove the door interior panel. then you will see the "pop" bolts that is holding the molding to the door skin. push the bolts back out and you won't have to f*&k up anything.
