Body Shop or DYI CO/water leak
I'm hoping someone who has had a similar problem could help me out. I have a 94' CX hatch with a water and exhaust leak coming in through the rear passenger area (where the hatch, window, and body panel meet).
I have changed every seal including the taillights. I have spent countless hours trying to line the hatch up better, only to find it to still leak with a heavy rain (even when it has passed the hose test). I'm not that worried about the water, but where there is water, their is exhaust streaming in.
I have tested this numerous times with smoke bombs attached to my tail pipe while driving with the windows open. It fills the cabin.
No wonder why I sometimes feel lightheaded while cruising in traffic.
I need help with this pressing issue. It has been an issue in almost every Honda hatch I have owned (6). Many of you probably have a similar issue, but are unaware.
The car has no documented accidents, but I'm the third owner and I think the 1st owner covered it up. Their is definitly evidence of minor body work.
Please suggest a shop to line it up. Thanks! BTW I live in Tampa, Fl.
