Screw the name.
You can pick it up real cheap from a totalled car...
Just fine one that doesn't have damage there - cut it out, weld the new piece in.
Though that's just what I would do. Good luck whatever you do.

I'm guessing he wanted to know the name because he could be buying that part brand new? Just a guess.

Well he probably wants a replacement, I was simply implying that it was cheaper to cut it out...like so...

Yeah, they'll let you. I mean don't get me wrong, some places are ***** about it and wont' let you, but the right place will. Just hook your cutting wheel up to a movable tank. They should have no problem with it - just tell 'em what you're cutting off.
May have to drive around for a bit, visit a few junk yards, some are stricter than others. Simply not worth buying a new one though, at least not in my opinion. Unless I was doing a customer's car and then I would tell him about it and ask him what he wanted me to do - if he wanted to pay for an OEM part new or not - in which case I'd do so accordingly.
It's up to you, but if it was me and my own car I'd simply get it from a junk yard, just as good.
Not to mention the rest of the car seems to have some cancer anyways.

Re: (Syndacate)
well it was a write off, had it for 2 months then all this crap, they said i needed a new bumper and i bought one before i took a good look at it, there isnt anything wrong with it at all, so since i have the new bumper i might as well put it on, and for the junkyard thing i was just gonna take a battery powered sawzall to there

Yeah, that **** needs some major bend back.
I'd say just take the whole fender piece from a junkyard, just chop that **** off and stick it in the back. Then fit it more accurately later and weld it.
