Default bNeed Help, BRAKE QUESTION

Hey, I changed my spindle today, I put the rotor, pads, caliper and tire back on. When i started to drive the pads are rubbing against the rotor even when the brakes are off. ( also when i was putting the pads back on, I used the piston tool to push the piston back)

1) How do i fix this?
2) I cant get the nut to the steering rack back on. When i try to tighten the bolt, the screw and the nut turn. I thing the bearing is bad. How do i fix this?

as far as the pads rubbing on the rotor make sure the brake lines are pinched anywhere. witht he bolt on the streering rack try applying force on the top of the bolt i'm pretty sure your are reffering to a ball joint, they tend to be quite a bitch from time to time, but with luk and the right amouint of force fromt he top you'll be able to get the bolt back on
