BLUE NEONS INSIDE A CAR
i was wondering if blue neons inside the car neon rings around the speakers ( RICE POWERED ) which go with the bass R these allowed

To answer your question, you really aren't supposed to have them, but you can just as long as no one can see the neon from the outisde of your car because its a distraction.

yeh m8 u can av them by al means but only as a show us or if no1 sees u using them on the road. iv got blue 1's under my foowells they luk class, just watch out for the rozzers.
