Blue light covers for climate control??

Blue light covers for climate control??
I was replacing the light bulbs in my climate control in my EG sedan and when i was trying to put the little blue covers back on they ripped and i went lookin at AUtozone and Advance Auto parts and noone has them. Any idea where i could find them?

The covers come with the bulbs from Honda. I bought new bulbs for mine, they are like $5 ea at Honda.

I tried spray paint but it eventually started burning off 
..... so i guess im gonna have to pay 5 dollars a piece for em...thanks
