blue bulbs in my 98 ex cluster and problems
 
i put blue blulbs in my 98 ex cluster and the #194 bulb isnt as blue as the others. i ordered 2 and there both have the same problem. i got them from auto illumination anyone had this problem should i just use leds instead?

Kind of a tough one, but it really comes down to your preferences. If it were me I would of gone the LED route. But that's me...

You could go to your local parts store and get colored sleeves for the bulbs, should make them all the same shade of blue.

thats what im thinking about... u have any idea bout what type of leds to use? their r so many differnt styles idk whats best

This should help you cross reference your bulbs so you can choose the right LED bulbs to get. I used to remember off the top of my head the ones we need. But don't remember anymore. I want to say 1x 195 and 4x 74?

i know the bulb sizes but the leds have alot of different styles and was wondering if you or anyone knew whats the best for gauges so is not just making a bright spot so itll be spead out
