Don't waste your money! All that is, is a spark plug defouler. You can buy them for like $5 at PepBoys, and it comes with 2. You then drill the hole in one of them bigger (to a 1/4 inch if I remember correctly). You screw the one with the bigger hole into the undrilled one. Screw it into the test pipe (or cat), and screw in the O2 sensor. That's it. There are DIY's all over the internet on how to do it. Blox should be ashamed of themselves for charging that much, for a $5 drilled out part.
And they do in fact work. I know quite a few people who have them on their cars; Evos, WRXs, DSMs, Lancers, Civics, Integras. Of course they may not work in every situation, hence the no guarantee.
All they do is push the Secondary O2 sensor further away from the exhaust gas, and the smaller hole only lets the sensor read a portion of the exhaust gases.
