Default blown motor

i was at the track last friday i have a b16a2 with a dry 50 shot when i hit 4th gear right near the end i could hear a little hessitation sound from it then i slowed down and my car sounded like a go cart so then i realized i forgot to put colder spark plugs in so i came around took my spark plugs out and found out that number 4 spark plug was blown so i took all the spark plugs out and i told my friend to bump the starter and i stuck my finger down in each hole n found out that there is no compression coming out of number 3 piston does anyone know what could of happend like possible diagnostics without going into the engine i kno i will have to go into the engine but any ideas of what happend?

to get a better idea of how bad it is.. get a compression guage and test.. then dissassemble it to asess the damage .. but from what you've described.. you have detonation in piston #3, either too lean.. or the sparkplug gap was off. good luck.

No, get a B20 block if you're going for a new setup .

You probably blew out the rings on your piston, nothing big, but definately something you need to take care of.
