Blown hose!
I have a 2000 honda civic ex (2 door coupe). Recently had an overheat issue while driving down the highway. Before i could get off the road a hose blew. It is what i believe is the heater hose. It runs from underneath the distributor to the firewall and what i think is the heater. Im having a hard time finding exactly what the hose is called and if it is a molded hose or not? 2 part stores have presented me options that look nothing like the hose that was on there

Re: Blown hose!
Yeah that is a heater hose with specific bends. Go to majestic Honda and find the part diagram for a part number and order from your local Honda dealer. Should be in the following day.

Re: Blown hose!
You can use bulk length 5/8 heater hose for the time being. I would reccomend a colored eBay silicon hose kit, and replacing all water hoses after 20 years of use
