Re: Blower motor spitting out chunks of foam...
small black poofy foam? that is from the surrounds on most of the joints of the air duct system to prevent air from being sucked in from other areas than the air intake for the blower motor it is designed to keep air out but let water pass through to keep the motor alive if it is degading it can be disentegrating into little black chunks. Pull your blower motor and see if it is fulla little foam chunks.
Did you recently remove your dashboard? White or Yellowish chunks of foam are sound deadening from behind the dashboard, some wires were wrapped in foam to protect them from EXTREME rubbing areas, usualy a bitch to remove but could have been dislodged if the dashboard was removed etc.
Other than that just remove your blower motor and shoot some compressed air in the area it show blow any other chunks out.
