Icon2 Block d16y7, head p2a, intake p08, ECU p05 and p06 - Is this stuff compatible?

Someone please help me out! Im lost on what to do with this motor! I think the guy i got the car from just slapped this together to make it run and sold it.
My block is d16y7
the head is p2a
intake is p08
and i have a p05 and p06 ecu
Can this stuff go together and what ecu should i be using if it can? Or should i start lookin for a head, intake, harness, ecu or should i just get everything? Like i said .... Im lost here

So what's the problem exactly? Is it not running?

BTW. "I need help" is not a thread title that gets taken seriously around here.

Thread titles MUST summarize the tech problem so that members browsing titles can easily understand the problem without reading the post -- Title edited.

Base mechanical timing is off with ecu by half a tooth, fuel and timing maps are super off which makes you slower. and also no vtec.
obd1 use a chipped p28 w/ y8 fuel and timing maps
obd2 use according ecu d16y8 - p2 p2p or find a obd2 p28 from del sol
