Is a block from a 92-95 civic ex the same as a block from a 96-00 ex?

I am not 100% positive but i belive that the blocks are interchangeable, the difference in the two is piston size and i dont htink that that is much different. but i am positive about the head being able to be swaped so i would assume that the rest can be swaped
