Ok jsut like 5 minutes ago i was tring to fix my blinker problem.. (bulb keeps popping out of socket) well i fixed that then put my blinkers on and they worked.. but then the bulb popped back out again... so i unplugged my battery and then tried to fix it again.. well then neither of the blinkers worked... but the hazzards both lit up.. i checked all the fuses.. all fine... what else could it be...

The relay is usually a black little box that is under your dash. Usually about 1.5" x 1.5" that unplugs and has 2 or sometimes 3 prongs sticking out of it.

Re: (Proglow3)
The hazard/turn signal flasher is a small square relay located on the interior fuse block under the left side of the insturment panel.
When it's working properly it will make a distinct clicking sound. If the turn signal fail on one side or the other and the flasher unit doesn't make its characteristic clicking sound, look for a faulty turn signal bulb.
If both turn signals fail to blink, the problem may be due to a blown fuse(in the engine compartment fuse box), a faulty flasher unit, a broken switch or a loose or open connection. if a quick check of the fuse box indicates that the turn signal fuse has blown, check the wiring for a short before installing a new fuse.
