My blinkers don't work, All bulbs work, All fuses are good and checked all of them, And the relay is also good, My hazards work, I was told that there are two different flashers one for hazards one for blinkers, is this the same thing as a relay? if not then where are these 2 flashers? if the flasher is the same thing as the relay then where is the other flasher/relay plz help

blinkers don't work or turn signal doesn't work?
it could be your turn signal has broken.....has happened in 3 of my 4 civic....it is a plastic piece and will break over time.....

When was the last time you changed your car battery? My car would do the same thing and it drove me crazy, I even took it to the honda dealership. The service guy was cool and told me to get my battery tested. Sure enough the battery was crap. After the new battery good as new.
