bleeding the clutch???????
i got a 95 DX and my tech said that i can bleed my clutch cause the pedal comes almost all thew way out before it catches (signs of a bad clutch). He said that u take the cap off of the slave cylinder and push the rod that goes into the tranny from the clutch pedal till bubbles come out of the slave. and continue this untill there are no more bubbles when u push it in. Has anyone done this or know that this works?

Re: (vtec4max)
276k, plenty i kno lol. Im not confident in the technique myself but according to him it works. It help it may not but if it needs a clutch that bad im getting rid of it cause the tranny isnt in good enough condition to change the clutch without a new trans.
My next question would be where is the rod that goes into the trans housing for the clutch pedal? I dont wanna be on the ground in 90 degree heat looking around and scratching my head lol.

Re: (hondabadtoy)
ive never heard of doing it that way i just loosen the air bleed bold that right off the line on the tranny and then keep pushing my clutch in and out and keep filling it with fluid to run all the air out that and it good to flush the whole system for fresh fluid and then when its just fluid coming out i tighten the air bleed bolt and all done
