bleeding brakes need help : [
Hello all, new to honda-tech here and i was hoping to get a little bit of help. A few days ago the master cylinder started leaking on my 1992 civic cx hatchback more and more brake fluid all over the place, so i decided i would replace it today. Put the new master cylinder in, and began to try to bleed my brakes with a friend (first time for both of us). After about 20 pushes of the brake pedal and holding it to the floor, i would then open the bleeder valve, shut it closed again, and signal for my friend to begin pumping again. Well after about 20 minutes of pumping, nothing was happening, no brake pedal pressure was building up at all. I then called a friend and he told me that the pressure may have been off inside of the lines and that i should try to "gravity bleed" my brakes. After about 2 hours of gravity bleeding my brakes im still stumped, and no brake fluid is coming out at all, im beginning to wonder if there is even any brake fluid inside of these stupid lines . At this point im completely stumped and any help would be wonderful! Thanks
