Default Bleed just the rear?

I own a 2000 civic dx coupe and I'm about to do a disk conversion. parts are coming from 94 teg

I wanted to know is it possible to just bleed the back without touching the front?

if so how?

also how do yall use one of these?
http://www.amazon.com/gp/produ...r=1-1

does it pump out the fluid?
because i don't have a partner to bleed my brakes.
meaning like one step on the brake while i open the nut and close to get the air out..
