i'm trying to get a black front upper grill for my black 96 honda civic 2dr ex. i want the border to be black and the inside grill to be black too. i don't really know where to start looking as far as good prices and install info are considered. any thoughts?

Have you tried trim paint and doing it yourself?

exactly...I painted mine black a long time ago, it's a DX but since it's 4dr the grill was chrome (hate that ****). I sanded the chrome then primered it then painted it with bumper/trim black from ez coat or something from autozone and it came out really good. just do it yourself and do a few light coats instead of two heavy coats. I also painted my sideskirts with the same stuff and it looks really good.
