Big water spot on headliner on 00 hatch?

you have a sunroof? The rain gutters leaking inside somehow? Anything got rust on it anywhere? The back hatch seal bad? Might have to take the liner out to see what the deal is. If you have one of those portable mini steam cleaners, you can mix up some oxyclean and water and probably remove it. That is if the backer board isn't warped or ruined due to the water.

take off the headliner and see if you can see any waterspots maybe by the antenna or the rain channels on your roof (the black strips on the roof)

remove the affected parts like the headliner and have a buddy soak your car with a hose to see what happens.
Weird thing to be happenign to such a new car.
