Alrighty, I swapped my B18 into my 99 Civic back in September. Besides running on an incorrect ECU, everything was fine. But, the alternator crapped out in October. No biggie, because I was buying my truck. SO, I finally get the correct ECU, and get a new alternator and battery. Len and I installed everything the same night, and the car ran beautifully. The next morning, I go to wash the car, and it dies halfway down the street. Deader than ****. So, over the last month and a half I have been slowly going through the engine bay looking at wires, cleaning up contacts, etc. Today, I thought I had it all done, so I jump the car off. The second I removed the cables, though, it died again.

I am so sick of this.

Has anyone else had this problem before, or does anyone have any ideas? I'm about to toss a frag in the seat, call the insurance company, and call it a day.

Sounds like the alt. crapped out on you again. I would also check those connectors.

did you get water in your distrubuetor cap? also check your sparkplugs and wires i got water in mine before and it died..
