Big Problem with 1999 SI JDM FOGLIGHT WIRING!!!!! HELP
Hello, i have a 1999 si, i purchased amber JDM foglights for my civic, when i got the foglights the installation instruction were writed in JAPANESE, so i went to handa.com and got the english instructions. so i get the foglights onto the bumper start wiring and come across a problem, the wiring kit i got was way different than the USDM wiring kit, so basically i'm stuck, i don't want to wire it all up HOMEMADE style, i just want a clean install and thats all, i went online researched and found installation instruction on overboost.com but they weren't the same wiring kits. so what do i do now? can anyone help me with this BIG problem i have. Please feel free to ask more questions if i was unclear in anyway.

Did you get these installation instructions?

I got the set from Handa and the install instructions and it went in perfectly.

You probably got a Depo kit.
1. Red wire with ring terminal goes to (+) on battery
2. Black wire with ring terminal goes to (-) on battery
3. Ground the relay to a bolt.
4. Run the long red wire from the outside harness to the inside harness via grommet in firewall.
5. You will have two connectors for your fusebox. The numbers are written on the instructions. Match those numbers with the accessory slots on your fusebox, which are also labeled.
6. Connect the outside harness to the long red wire.
7. Connect the inside harness to the long red wire.
8. Plug in switch.
