Default BIG Fuel Pump problem in my ek hatch...

I have a 96 cx hatchback with a 2000 b16a2, and I'm using the si harness and P2t ecu. After wiring everything, the fuel pump won't turn on, I've checked the fuses and tested the main relay a bunch of times. There is conitinuity between all of the wires. Even if I jump the pump, the car still wont start. Could it be the ecu??

By the way, the fuel does prime when theres powere to it. does anyone know if theres a fuel pump relay ground that goes into the ecu?

How have you checked the main relay?

I checked it using the instructions in the Haynes manual. If the grn/yel wire going into the relay is grounded (the wire from the ecu), the pump turns on.

i'm not sure right off hand, but is that how the main relay is usually engaged-by a negative trigger on that wire?if so,and it is cutting on when you ground that wire,i'd say that points to the ECU having a problem-especially considering you say that it still won't start when you jump the fuel pump to make it work.any codes?does the MIL light stay on constant when you short the check connector?do you have another ECU to try?even your stock CX ECU will work to test this.
