id say ur better off with the b16a g2. if u go with the g1 then u gotta change ur car from obd1 to obd0 and i dont think its worth the hasle. b16a g2 is a direct swap with little problems

the fuel pump shoudn't be a problem but there are some like the mounts, a different power steering bracket, and a hydro tranny could be found off of an intgera of a newer year. Wiring is a big issue double check everything even one wire makes the car not run right. If you end up buying a hydro tranny you shouldn't have to change the spedo sensor, if you do cable that will be a different story.

For the ease of the swap, the B16A2 will be better to work with. Who will be doing the swap? If they're experienced it shouldn't be much of a problem either way.
