Which is better to drop on a 94 Civic, an H22A or B18 GSR JDM motors?
hey, i wanna drop a new engine on my car. Alot of people tell me i should go with the B18 GSR JDM motor, but others tell me it would be better to drop an H22A JDM motor on it. Which one is better, or in other terms, which one can i get the most performance out of it?

you can expect similar numbers from both motors. I think the jdm gsr would get my vote, more reliable, less labor, and cheaper if you search hard enough...

Your right about more reliable, and less labor, but I am pretty sure H22's are a good bit cheaper than a B18c. Anyway, good luck to the original poster.

Yeah, but what would win in a race; my neighbor's mom's nitrous wagon or my friend Asstard's Civic with a K-Mart intake and his fat girlfriend in the back seat?

Yeah, I think the jdm b18c's tend to be a little more expensive too for a complete swap, but prices get up there sometimes when swapping a h22 into a 5th gen. with having to purchase a good set of mounts, and some axles.
